the kids like technology... it seems like they pay better attention when the teacher uses some form of technology. Some of my students freak out when I don't have the computer set up for class. They like to experiment with new technology, however, they end up knowing more than I do about some things :)

It should make a class more exciting, not the monotonous everyday routine. New approaches will be available for different styles of learning.

Since beginning my teaching over 30 years ago a lot has changed. I'm just trying to catch up with the students. I think this will help students in my classes because I will have a better understanding of what the future will hold for my students.

I think that it changes the way students think about you the teacher and the class you are teaching. They seem to like the class better when technology is in use.

Students of today are growing up in a world of technology. If we do not use technology, we are doing our students a disservice. Math lends itself to world of uses for technology from computers with internet access to calculators that work with computers. Technology engages the students and puts them in their comfort zone.

I do actually think the students will like doing something different and it will definitely enhance student learning. However, I think I need remedial lessons each time I use technology with my students. I am old--remember and the mind is fading. Will you be available for remedial lessons or MAYBE my third graders can teach me?

I think the technology captures the student’s attention. It also prevents the unit from getting mundane with all the different technology components we are using.

In today's society it would be detrimental NOT to use technology. Students don't know how to act without technology. Their life revolves around it.

Students learn in different ways and computors will help met these needs.

My students enjoy using the flatron to go over practice problems. I think that any technology tool can be helpful and can meet the needs of students.

Adding technology to my homebound students' lessons, will help them be more responsible with their learning process. They can use the internet to communicate with their classroom teacher and complete their assignments.

Technology use in the classroom can provide an abundant wealth of additional resources, can make learning more enjoyable for students, and can be an aid in making learning less intimidating and more relaxed.
